Dear Supporters:

As you may know, many of the nation's social problems have left countless children in the custody of the child welfare system. "The Children's Ark" is a residential youth facility geared at providing housing, assessments, intervention, and life skills to all of its child residents. Because of the cost to provide the residential services "The Children's Ark" seeks to make available to these at risk population of youth; financial support is essential for success.

"The Children's Ark" is launching its first annual fundraising campaign that will end in a grand celebration in the park. However, if "The Children's Ark" is to make this endeavor victorious we must reach out to the community for monetary contributions, product donations, and the rental of exhibitor tables. Any monetary or product donation will be used to assist the organization event for the sole benefit of the children. Moreover, the exhibitor tables will showcase your business and advertise to all who are in attendance.

The event will be held at Smithfield Townships Waterfront Park and will take place on Saturday August 23, 2008 from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm. It is the organizations hope that all in the community will team up to support and advocate for the children of our community. The children and my committee members thank you in advance for your prayers, generosity, and support.
